Audit Response Instructions. API provide to all Monogram Licensees and APIQR Registered Organizations the Audit Response Instructions. This document will help Facility to respond to nonconformities that may be identified during an API audit. The Audit Response Instructions explains the minimum requirements for responding to audit nonconformities. By sharing this information, API intends to improve customer service by decreasing the amount of time needed to resolve your audit findings, and consequently reducing the cycle time to licensing and registration.
